PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc lauded the committee's determination and courage in applying technology to improve the efficiency of business management, adding that it is necessary to widely apply it to enterprises.
Online management systems are being tested by the committee with the support of a number of reputable and capable IT units. The system is expected to form the basis of the e-Government and will help the committee to monitor and directly connect with enterprises.
It is expected to be transferred to the committee in order to assess the operation, personnel, and the increase and decrease of total state capital at enterprises.
In addition, the system has a set of indicators to analyze and assess the "health" of enterprises, including the financial risks, governance, financial indicators, business, investment, labour, personnel, wages, and governance in accordance with OECD standards. When the volatility index exceeds the safe level, the software will automatically alert the committee to promptly review and report to the Prime Minister, the Government and the competent authorities.
Based on that, the committee will advise the Government and the Prime Minister on the measures of business management, and the effective management of state capital at enterprises.
