Manulife Vietnam has been investing significantly in building platforms over the past two years to prepare for its new mission, starting by understanding customers’ needs. Manulife Vietnam pioneered applying the NPS system and established a Customer Experience team, who listen to customer feedback and address their pain points. The Company is also simplifying its processes and procedures and developing digital tools to deliver simplicity and convenience to customers.
Supporting these changes, Manulife Vietnam is investing in training to upskill and professionalize its employees and distribution force. It has more than 30,000 professional agents, nearly 1,000 of whom are MDRT members - the largest of any company in Vietnam. The Company is developing digital tools to connect its agency force with its entire ecosystem to provide customers with fast and professional services in digital age.

This year, Manulife Vietnam was again awarded the LOMA Educational Achievement Award (EAA) for Asia Pacific Regional Category, recognizing the professionalism of its team of more than 800 employees. It is a prestigious award granted by the Life Office Management Association, one of the largest trade associations in the U.S. insurance industry, to recognize training programs of financial and insurance corporations all over the world.
