Hanoi donates two tonnes of face masks to New York City

Face masks produced by Vietnamese companies meet the standards of the Ministry of Health and of the EU’s CE marking.

New York City has to date recorded more than 220,000 Covid-19 cases. The average number of new infections has dropped strongly, from 8,000 cases per day in mid-April to just over 300 cases per day. The US city still applies social distancing measures and face masks are mandatory in public areas.
