(VEN)- The Ministry of Industry and Trade has sent to the government state enterprises’ and business associations’ suggestions for support industry development to minimize dependence on part and component imports and boost domestic production.

(VEN)- The American Coalition for Fair Trade of Hardwood Plywood recently asked the US Department of Commerce (DOC) to investigate anti-dumping duties on hardwood plywood imported from Vietnam.

Mới đây, THACO đã hợp tác với với một đối tác ở Mỹ để xuất khẩu sơmi rơmoóc được sản xuất tại Chu Lai - Quảng Nam sang thị trường Mỹ - một trong những thị trường khó tính nhất thế giới với những yêu cầu khắt khe về tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.    

The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) said that the most important priority at present was to maintain the operation of domestic industrial enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic.

(VEN) - While different industries are strongly affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, the paper industry is still relatively “safe”. Although it encountered difficulties in the import of raw and auxiliary materials, production and exports are actually growing.
 

The Index of Industrial Production (IIP) for the first quarter of this year posted a low increase at 5.28%, mostly due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the General Statistics Office (GSO).
